Application Engineer and Education Community Manager (m/f/d)

The Role

We are seeking an energetic Application Engineer and Education Community Manager to spearhead paramates adoption in educational sectors. As the primary interface for our academic partners (including universities, lab managers, educational programs, educators, and students) your goal is to ensure paramates seamless integration into educational programs and research endeavors.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principle contact for trinckle with our academic partners, enhancing relationships and increasing paramate engagement
  • Explore educational sectors to identify opportunities for the integration of paramate, pinpointing their specific needs and barriers in design automation
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster paramates use in educational institutions, embedding it within their curriculums and research
  • Define applications, use cases and learning event formats for paramate within educational settings, collaborating with educational leaders to identify deployment opportunities
  • Support educational teams in the development of custom design automation applications with paramate, offering expertise, instruction/training, and technical aid throughout the process
  • Develop instructional content for educational use and equip educators with the necessary tools for independent paramate instruction
  • Coordinate and lead paramate educational events in collaboration with academic partners, aiming to empower them to independently conduct future events
  • Maintain active involvement with educational partners to guarantee the effective application and use of our design automation solutions and events, handling any arising challenges proactively
  • Initiate and steer multiple paramate-utilizing projects, closely cooperating with educational teams to achieve successful results
  • Continuously provide support and advice to paramates educational users, staying actively connected to maintain their engagement and involvement
Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, alternatively, degree in Business with a proven track record in the tech sector. Preferably holding an advanced degree
  • Proven experience in application engineering, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech or educational sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with a diverse range of university and educational authorities
  • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing several projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines
  • Passion for education, innovation, and technology, coupled with a sincere commitment to positively impacting the educational community
  • Familiarity (intermediate-advanced) with design automation, CAD software, software development or related technologies is beneficial
